Very friendly staff. Always helpful if i had a problem with my debit card or anything. Stephanie is the best, She is absolutly the most great at helping me.
I was a member with ASECU for almost 30 years. I had several things financed with them. I got very sick from covid and was in the hospital for approximately 6 months. Then when I came home I still had rehabbing to do to get where I could function on my own. I was able to keep p everything paid up to date except a car that I had. Joanne was wonderful in helping me with my auto loan and answered all of my many questions. She explained everything perfectly.
For a few years now, and continuing, ASECU has been my go to financial services store. It has delivered every single time I have made a request of it, short or long term. Commend the manager and the assistant manager who make it their business to suggest workable alternatives, to what is not readily available. PROMPT describes the entire staff.
