Absolutely disgusting service, such a disrespectful staff to the point where other shoppers came to help to argue my case. Left without collecting my parcel as I don't go to the shops to be treated in such a rude way!!!! Disgrace! I recommend that the regional management come to have a look at what is going on in that place as even senior staff members seem to forgotten the basic politeness!
