Recently my 91 year old mother was being cared for by the staff there. My mother and the rest of the family would like to thank all the staff and nurses for the excellent care and support they provided
My mum has been at Ascot house for the last 2 weeks and I am so grateful for the care and help she has had after breaking her hip . The staff are so friendly and always there to help . It has been amazing and I can’ t thank all those that have cared for my mum enough . She is going home tomorrow and another thank you to the team for the support offered here to . Thank you

I am very disappointed with the experience at Ascot House Assessment Centre due to several persistent issues: 1. **Smoking in Pathways**: The staff frequently smoke in the pathways, leaving cigarette ends scattered around, which are never cleaned up.
