Ascot House management and staff share an important value, that they feel privileged to support and care for residents in what is now their home. We receive regular communication regarding the care and wellbeing of my mother-in-law and are able to phone for further support regarding the care needs of my mil. We feel confident that she is looked after well and staff have really got to know her, including her varying behaviours and temperament.
