Great parts department!
Worst equipment dealer I’ve ever dealt with. Took 3 months to fix our machine.. uncommunicative, and incompetent service department. we had to constantly remind them to check for parts.. took them 3 months to get a simple part replaced and when we got it back, our gas tank was cracked which they tried to say was like that when we brought it in.. ON A BRAND NEW MACHINE. These guys are a joke. Go to another case dealer. Sherman location is much much better.
