I saw Dr. Annaleise after I tore my meniscus playing volleyball and had it surgically repaired. We did dry needling, cupping, and blood flow restriction training. I was able to play volleyball, tennis and flag football pain free. She did a great job explaining the exercises and tailoring my program to meet my specific goals. The clinic was easy to get to from Lakewood and Arby at the front desk was helpful explaining my insurance benefits.
