Angelo is great! Helped me overcome some Achilles tendinitis with strengthening, massage, and stretching exercises. Very present and available, even when you're not going in super often!
Andrew and everyone else I've worked with at Ascent (Neil, Cristina, and Angelo) are all fantastic. They've helped me get through two ACL reconstructions and provide individualized care and expertise (and humor!) in a lovely space. They are my go-to for any injuries or pain and are all great, down-to-earth people, as well. Also, they use a really simple online booking system for sessions, their costs are straightforward, and their insurance guy is always on top of everything. Highly recommend!
I can’t recommend Andrew enough! I started seeing him about two years ago for a stress fracture from over-training, and his guidance made all the difference. Andrew was patient, honest, and really listened to my goals, customizing my recovery plan every step of the way. Thanks to his support, I was able to run the NYC Marathon—and not only finished with no pain, but hit my goal time, qualifying for Boston. Truly couldn’t have done it without him. Highly recommend for any runner needing expert care.
I've had such a great experience at AscentPT - I recommend them to everyone. I currently see Cristina and she's been nothing but amazing. She immediately makes you feel comfortable, while also being professional. I love how she considers the whole patient when proscribing my treatment, and is great at explaining why we do certain things. You can tell she really cares about her patients.
