I arrived at the Salt Lake City airport needing a ride downtown to my hotel. My company gave Ascent Luxury Transportation the wrong pick up time so they were not there when I arrived. I called and spoke with Gabriel at Ascent about getting a new ride. He went out of his way to ensure I had a ride promptly even though he could not get my company to answer their phone to get the official approval.
