very good service, friendly and informative
She was professional,friendly and knowledgeable. She went the extra mile for me.To bad you didn't provide someone to answer phones and answer questions for people wringing the bel during my appointment. ACENT IS HARD TO REACH. I had an appointment in May of this year and was called and told it was canceled. But it took a very long time for someone to get back to me to set up a new appointment.
Sarah was nothing but professional & took good care of me on my appt. with her 5/4/26. Exceptional !!!!
Always a pleasant experience at Ascent Hearing Center. Both Bethany and Sairah have been competent and knowledgeable professionals. I’m very happy with the improvement in my hearing with the aids recommended. Ongoing support service has also been exemplary.
