This was a great car for us to rent as it had room for all of our snow skiing gear to easily fit inside the vehicle. The pickup and drop off was a breeze with an easy shuttle to and from the airport. I would recommend Ascent car rental for anyone looking to book a car rental from Calgary airport.

Rented a Sprinter with winter tires for my group and honestly had a really good experience overall. The tires looked brand new. The vehicle was clean when we picked it up and everything was in good condition. It drove well the whole trip and we didn’t run into any issues. The staff were really helpful and informative on the phone and emails. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we were good to go before leaving. We had an Ok experience with Ascent. Their price for a car including snow tires (actually M+S) was better than their competitors. However they charged $100 cleaning fee because the car had mud on it from winter highway driving, which I have never paid before with a competitor. Also it is a bit more of a DIY experience with having to travel to an off-site lot (Calgary Airport), taking many requested pictures of the car. Great experience with Ascent Car Rental! Rented a passenger van from Edmonton location for a one-way trip to Calgary, and everything went super smooth. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The pickup process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pricing was fair, and there were no hidden surprises.
