The overall car rental experience was positive and satisfactory. The vehicle which was provided was in great condition and well-maintained and was perfect size for what we needed. The process of picking up and returning the car was efficient we did notice that the instructions provided in the email could be slightly clearer for improved guidance to the pick up in Calgery, although we were all pretty jet lagged when reading so maybe on us.
