Super frustrating to pick up, especially if you're at an off-site location. You literally have to wait for the person before you to drop off. If they are late, you're out of luck. There were two of us waiting for people to return their cars. I waited 2.5 hours. The car was kinda clean, but the back windows and doors were sticky with some caramel substance. We cleaned it off. Front desk agents were really helpful and nice all the time. Don’t even get me started about the car, they upgraded me to a bigger and newer car without any hassles. Next time will definitely rent again with them for longer!

Super easy and quick pick up and drop off. Car in great condition and performed well. Took it to a jet wash near the airport drop off, was very straightforward and efficient. Great customer service - very responsive and helpful. Would definitely use again
My family and I were stranded away from home due to the air canada strike until I found this vehicle rental agency which offers one way rentals between Calgary and Vancouver!! Shoutout to Alan and Kiril for their customer service by being super responsive!!
