Very good experience. I wanted proper winter tires for a ski trip to the interior from Vancouver. The main agencies in YVR don’t allow you to pre book so went with these guys. First class service. Responded quickly to emails, speedy pick up and drop off. The car was of decent quality, if a little old. Highly recommended
I booked a car with them recently. There were initially some delays with delivery of the car to the Calgary Airport partly due to weather conditions and highway closures, but the owner (Alan) was very attentive and everything ultimately worked out. The car that I ended up getting worked very well and was very reliable, which was especially important for the road trips I did into the Rockies. The car was very clean too. I don't recommend at all ! Only positive fact is that you can choose winter tires on the platform online. No need to ask for winter tires when you get the car at the airport. To get your car in Calgary you need to access Park2Go parking which is a nightmare. First you take a shuttle at the airport to reach Park2Go facility and then people ask you to pay for the parking fee multiple times eventhough we told them they should charge Ascent for it.
