Great service. Marc and Kris have helped me out quite a bit with some minor issues on my Sight VLT. They really understand the need to get back up and running (and back on trail) as quickly as possible and figure out the warranty claim on the back side. Really appreciate the five star service.
Above average shop overall, but quality of service and attention to detail has declined to settle around to the area average since the first year of opening. Haven't had a lot of work done here, mainly wheel truing; had to take a wheel back to be re-trued due to all the spokes being under-tensioned the first time around.
A fantastic bike shop. I met Kris years ago, before he opened the shop. In a world of unfulfilled promises, bad advice, and slow or just plain bad service, Kris is the exception to the rule. I immediately found that the repairs he made were done perfectly, his advice was always spot on, and he kept his promises, going the extra mile in a way that no other shop I've worked with the in area has done.
