Where do I start? Ms. Leek the ARNP told me that I needed to see a general surgeon and wrote a referral as such. I told her that having my throat looked at would be for a gastroenterologist, she told me i was wrong and told me to schedule an Appointment for Dr Allen downstairs. I went downstairs to my PCP who said that I needed a gastroenterologist for that procedure, my PCP called upstairs to inform them that they wrote the wrong referral and was told that HE was wrong. My PCP sent over a referral to this location. I told my PCP I am not available for contact before 10 am. This office called me three times, each between 8:50 am and 9:00 am. The voicemail they left on the third attempt was quite spicy as the individual was quite keen to inform me this was now the third time they had phoned me and received my voicemail, as if I don't have caller ID or voicemail. The communication is the worst I ever seen. I have been calling to speak with my coordinator for over a month and no response back at all. I finish everything I need to do and they had to submit to insurance. I called and called left my name and number and still nothing . I go up there to give my records just Incase they need more info for the insurance . I don’t even get a call saying ms smith received them. Her voice mail is either not set up or full but with way Nothing from nobody.

I don't recommend the dieticians at this location. I didn't even receive a plan. Calories, what food to eat. Nothing. I expected some type of meal plan. Back to square one, I guess.
