We called last night for questions to see if we should go to the ER and halfway through us trying to tell her what was happening SHE HUNG UP ON US Let me put this into perspective, how does a human being hear someone in distress and pain hang up the phone when all that person wants is help, advice, comfort I am absolutely appalled by your staff And to be frank, i would rather die than be treated here
The nurse told me I had to get up to go to the bathroom after child birth. I said I wasn't ready to get and up. She then threatened to give me a catheter if I didn't get up. So I got up barley made it to the toilet and lost consciousness. I should not have been forced to get up when I said I wasn't ready.
This is a butcher shop has been for years.....Nurse Salley-Jean B smelled bad like no shower also very rude .....i will never go back to this place again .....Dr. Brandt was also not cool ...told me i need to loose weight i do i get it but how can you tell me to loose weight when your bigger then me unreal....no bedside manner at all the emt guy was great tho big props to him .....will never go back good thing im moving anyways!!!!
