Gloria was extremely hard to deal with right from the start when my Dr ordered PRE-HAB before my surgery on 01/27/2023. After leaving several msgs on her VM, she contacted me 5 days later!! Orders were already sent, proof from Dr office, yet when she finally called....too late to get help. After total knee replacement, she had a 7 am available, I took it. Got there @ 6:50, she however, did not get there and unlock door until 7:08. Tracy, however, was wonderful and helpful. Cancelled all future appt.
Husband had hip replacement surgery & this is where he came for PT. The therapist are great here, knowledgeable & super nice. He improved rapidly, even though they worked him hard it was worth the great end result. Would recommend this facility for your therapy needs.
This is my second total knee replacement - my experience with all the therapist on the first knee was awesome. This year Stephen did all my therapy. His attention to my specific situation was awesome. He worked me hard and my healing was quick. Thank you
