The staff there was lovely. I had a problem getting a ride home, and they couldn't have been more helpful making arrangements, Kudo's.

Unreliable appointments, poor directions/instructions to facilities, incorrect addresses provided, outdated signage onsite, extremely poor customer service at the imaging center.

I spent over an hour last Friday on the phone trying to confirm a Monday, 4/28 appointment, and to learn what I needed to bring with me, and if there was any prep needed to do my biopsy. The employer said, "No, not at all, just arrive 15 minutes before your 1 pm appointment." I arrived at 12:40, and everything went downhill after that. They did not have my order in their system. We finally got to the bottom of who should have sent in my order. They faxed it in, but it did not go through their broken fax machine. I then calle... read more

They wouldn't refill my son's Epilepsy medications because I had to miss a neurology appointment because of a flat tire. My son could die without his meds but they didn't care. Never had problems before this, but this did it for me. Never going to anything ascention again!

I have two pages written front and back of concerns. 1. Medicines were not always dispensed on time. 2. The staff took 45 minutes up to an hour and a half to answer call lights. 3. The bedding wasn’t changed properly. Sat in blood for a few days. 4. I was offered twice in a 9 day stay to help me wash up. 5. I asked for clean undergarments (I was wearing special undergarments) and didn’t get them. 6. The daytime nurse on two days (March 5 and March 6) was not very professional. I asked her several times to not open t... read more

Catherine Edwards is the most knowledgeable, empathetic, and caring PCM I have ever had. I would recommend her as a primary care for anybody. Being 100% disabled military itis not easy to find good medical care. She has helped me find the care that I need, really listens when you go in, and never puts herself above anybody. Her staff is also amazing Nancy her nurse is very knowledgeable, and friendly.

Staff on site were caring and kind- billing was highway robbery. I was seen for what was ultimately a minor injury that did not require any type of bloodwork or hospitalization. I wasn't even given a physical exam. I was seen by a nurse who took my vitals, waited for about 45 minutes, then spoke to a doctor who did not examine me. I was sent home with a script. They were lovely people: none of the above bothers me. What bothers me is that this visit cost $1745. No one from their Customer Service call center (including th... read more

Horrible Dr. I wouldn’t recommend him to anybody. Very disappointed especially for him to be an oncologist. Absolutely no bedside manner. The wait to see him is terrible 4 hours? I have a life too. I told one of the nurses there about my experience and they said wow I thought he was only an asshole to us but I see he is with his patients as well.

READ THIS IF YOU ARE PREGNANT AND CONSIDERING HAVING YOUR BABY HERE. My wife had a legitimately perfect pregnancy—to the extent she made it look easy and our friends and family noticed. What transpired from labor to almost a year later was a nightmare. I will keep the next chain of events and medical problems brief as I want to highlight the experience:  During labor there was failure in communication between the staff as they allowed my wife to stay dilated 9cm for over 8 hours. So we were instructed to do a c-section. M... read more
