I would leave 0 stars if I could. I was turned away at 5:32 p.m. (website says they close at 6) for a pre-employment drug screen. The waiting room had 2 people. Update, I got a call yesterday from Ascensions and was basically told they don't have all the information on the website because it causes confusion and people may not show up. Seriously?!?!. What about the people that drive for an hour to show up and get turned away due to lack of information? I say it's laziness or stupidity. Figure out a way to get the needed info... read more

Very rude healthcare staff. Felt like I wasted everyone’s time. Sorry if I did.
3 HOUR WAIT FOR URINE TEST! Tripped and fell at my work so of course they requested a drug test. Got there at 12:30 and finally was done at 3:30. The receptionist were great but the nurses were unapologetic and kind of abrasive (at least the male one I had was). Would not recommend!
I had a great experience here. I needed a pre-employment physical including a full workup of labs, audiology, vision test, etc. The staff here was awesome. They took time out of their day to check and double check that all my paperwork was done correctly. Plus, I never sat in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes. Highly recommend if you need a physical done on short notice.
