I was a bit nervous before my session with Brian, but as soon as we got into the room I immediately felt at ease. His energy is so gentle and he is so kind! We talked for a couple of hours about my life. It felt like I was talking to an old friend. Things that I generally had a hard time talking about, flowed from me naturally.
