Was recommended to Ascension PT after experiencing a back strain. Jake and team have been so excellent to work with from the diagnostic to the point where I'm stronger than I was before the strain. The online module coupled with the understanding what equipment I had at home vs the gym made it a flexible program that was easy to follow and keep up with and the feedback given has helped my squat and deadlift form immensely. So thankful for their help and would recommend to anyone!
Working with Jake was exactly what I needed. He is very knowledgeable, didn't take me out of the gym and helped reduce my pain levels. Really great at making sure all your needs are met. Very responsive.
I’m really glad that I decided to reach out to Jake after my slip and fall. I was concerned about returning to CrossFit because the pain lingered for more than a week. I met with Jake and he assessed my condition and gave me modifications and restrictions so that I could return to the gym. After a few sessions, and a short period of continued modifications, I was back to my normal capacity. Jake was great to work with and I’d recommend Ascension to anyone who experiences an injury.
The team at Ascension has been a great part of my rehab after back surgery. Their plan on how to build back up my core strength the best medicine I’ve had. I would highly recommend this team for all of your needs be it recovery or development!!
