Horrible. After my divorce settlement was absolutely finalized their agent wouldn't stop demanding my personal closing documents. If divorce wasn't hard enough, this order of ineptitude only drove another wedge into the pain of the whole process. No star from me. Even though I have to leave one for everyone to know how bad they are.....

After receiving a very high quote from a shall-remain-nameless bank (with regard to both closing costs and interest rate) my realtor directed me to Amber at Ascension. She responded quickly, knew her stuff thoroughly, secured me a lower interest rate than I imagined I'd get (particularly on a re-fi which is the service I required) with significantly reduced associated costs.
