I was very pleased with my experience here. The whole staff was very friendly. Rose and Sony really made me feel as if they listened and want to help. The knowledge with the staff here is superior. There was never a long wait time and they even accommodated me one day I was running late and they allowed me to still be seen.
From the receptionists, PT assistants and the Physical Therapists, every one of them are amazing. The knowledge, kindness, and support were just what I needed for what I was dealing with. Thank you all.
I completed pelvic floor therapy and it was amazing!! I can’t say enough good things about Renette. She was encouraging and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location and all the staff. The front desk staff was super friendly.
I highly recommend Ascension Michigan Physical Therapy - Macomb. The staff is very knowledgeable and conscientious. They seem to go out of their way to make sure your needs are meet. Renette, my therapist, was great! The at home exercises she gave me were very helpful. She was extremely pleasant and knew just what I needed to ease my pain. I was very pleased with the results.
Renette helped me tremendously with a very personal issue. I highly recommend an evaluation and treatment for pelvic floor issues. She's been doing these treatments/exercises for over 30 years. I wish my doctor had sent me years ago. Renette is exceptional at helping me to understand my issues and treatment to avoid surgery at this time.
