Very friendly staff! Receptionist, Nurse and PA were all incredibly nice and had great bedside manner. Made for a pleasant experience.
The older nurse Lori is the rudest person I ever encountered with someone in healthcare. If she wants to retire soon I don’t see anyone stopping her. Also worth mentioning the complete lack of respect for hipaa between the nurse and front desk staff was insane.
This place never answers the phone to answer questions or to make appointments. Seems like the receptionist is always in a had mood and isn't the kindest to patients. Arrived for my 3pm appointment at 3pm and was told I was late so the person without an appointment and who arrived later than me was seen before me? After being told I was next in line they saw three people who arrived after me, I had watched them walk in. the first person arrived five minutes after me. the other two had arrived twenty minutes and forty minutes... read more
