This practice was very inconsiderate of my personal needs. Knowing I would be giving a urine sample, I entered the facility with a full bladder and was made to wait an additional 35 mins. I repeatedly asked if I may use a bathroom or give a sample immediately as I was uncomfortable and was told they were “waiting for a nurse.” Meanwhile, the nurse who performed my screening was on the phone making a personal appointment.
