Asked them to release my medical records to my neuroscience dr and at first they said they didn’t have any medical records. Got a message the next day saying they found it n sent it over to my neuroscience dr the next day. Recently dropped off more paperwork and asked them to fill it out and send it to my lawyer. Didn’t ask for my info, didn’t take my name or phone number. Reached out to my attorney and he said he never received any information from my 2019 injury at work.
