The se and floor staff is not good especially the day time staff. They were super rough with my mother and pulled her pants up so hard that it hurt her between her legs. They take for ever to come when the nurse button is pushed and forever to get meds when she was in pain.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Providence Village . From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew this was a place where compassion, professionalism, and true care are at the heart of everything they do. I got here at 8:30 am to visit and sit with a loved one. The CNA was sitting there on her phone. Not helping her eat her breakfast, and I told her I would feed her. I'm looking at her, she had all kinds of food in her blankets, and clothes. She had not been bathed, I asked and the CNA said she would check She came back and said "she's on my list to get bathed today". We'll, she got there Friday 8/1 and it's now 8/5 without being bathed!! Room was filthy nasty, I asked for a broom so I could at least sweep and the nurse said ... read more
