The lack of care at this facility almost killed my mother. We worked incredibly hard to get her out of there as quickly as possible. I am 100% sure another week and she would have passed.

It looks extremely clean and everyone seems friendly but what goes on in this place is not right. They let patients fall until they hurt themselves. If someone is a fall risk and has repeatedly fallen before wouldn't you monitor them better? They have fallen more in this facility than when they were living at home!
