There should be such a thing as negative stars to rate this facility. My Mother had ankle surgery and we thought that this place was going to be great. It does not smell like pee because they leave the patients to pee in their beds and just sit on it to cover it up. Mom got 2 bed baths in 4 weeks, they did 1 day out of 7 for wound care. She ended up with cellulitis. The main managing nurse said in front of my husband that she would make sure that the wound care was done each day. The lack of care at this facility almost killed my mother. We worked incredibly hard to get her out of there as quickly as possible. I am 100% sure another week and she would have passed.

Looking for a highly rated nursing facility for your loved ones? This is not the place! This place is a facade. It looks extremely clean and everyone seems friendly but what goes on in this place is not right. They let patients fall until they hurt themselves. If someone is a fall risk and has repeatedly fallen before wouldn't you monitor them better? They have fallen more in this facility than when they were living at home!
