This furniture store is the best. I have been a repeat customer for years.
I would never in life purchase anything from this company again! And believe me, I’m ashamed of myself because I read the reviews and still chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. I spent almost $2000 on a sofa set and chair which was purchased at the end of November and it is February 5 and I have yet to receive my chair. Never once has anyone decided to give me a call to keep me updated to let me know that it was on backorder or to let me know a date that it may be arriving. We bought an adjustable base and a new mattress here. We are very happy with both. Their prices are better than other places we checked. The mattress and base was delivered on time and the team that set everything up was very efficient and friendly.
I purchased a sectional sofa from here and saved a lot of money using Ascension Furniture. The customer service was awesome from beginning of the order to delivery! I would happily recommend. Small company and can beat larger companies price!
