Sound healing created a profound state of calm and well-being in me. (I have since learned this is because the sounds activate the parasympathetic nervous system.) I found it to be a cathartic and healing experience, and I had an extremely restful sleep that evening. The sensations /vibrations I felt throughout my body were both powerful and emotional. I would definitely recommend sound healing with Allison at Ascending Spirit.

This is such a wonderful welcoming space. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and warm. I'm so excited to have a yoga place that runs regular classes and has a subscription model in Winter Park. Very much rooting for the success of this business!

I can not say enough great things about Allison and the space she provides and hosts. She is something magical and has helped unlock a few things in my life, leaving a major impact. Allow her in and your life can change for the better as she shares so much energy and love! She is a highly intellectual person who can be an excellent guide.

I only met Allison at the beginning of the year, treating myself to a sound healing after doing a dry January. I immediately was drawn to her energy and knowledge. I completed the Spring Cleanse with her in April and am excited to do the fall cleanse in a couple weeks. I can't say enough about Allison and Ascending Spirit Wellness. I participated in the spring cleanse and it was truly life changing. I was so happy with the cleanse and support from Allison.
