Emailed Ascendia for tax advise, no response received. Called the office 3 times but again was unable to connect with any accountant or any support staff. Disappointing experience and went with another firm who answered their phones.
Ben was very professional , friendly and helpful with our tax returns. Highly recommended.

Disappointing. Overcharged us for work that never took place and we weren't treated well.
Their service fell short on multiple fronts. From overcharging despite agreed-upon terms to errors that were later caught by another provider, and the frustratingly prolonged process with little communication—our trust was not earned. Disappointing overall, I cannot recommend their services!
