Did a great job with my 2024 tax return.
Disappointing. Overcharged us for work that never took place and we weren't treated well.
Their service fell short on multiple fronts. From overcharging despite agreed-upon terms to errors that were later caught by another provider, and the frustratingly prolonged process with little communication—our trust was not earned. Disappointing overall, I cannot recommend their services!
Disappointing experience with Ascendia. Initially agreed upon a fixed fee, but overcharged us. Numerous errors on tax returns found by another firm. Excessive delays in completing our returns despite repeated follow-ups. Not recommended!
