Highly recommend Ascended Wellness! I had a great experience!
What a wonderful reiki session with Rian. I went into the session feeling very low as I was having a tough week. During the session, it felt good but I didn't notice too much of a noticeable change. But on my way home, I was a completely different person. I was bursting with joy and felt my normal self again. Thank you Rian! She has the healing touch for sure.
Rian is a godsend you can feel her energy as soon as you meet with her and my reiki session was exactly what my body and mind needed I am anticipating our next appointment where we will also be going over my nutrition as well
