hands down best massage I have had in years, fixed all the knots in my shoulders and fixed my glutes, very informative and taught me some me really good stretches, I will be a repeat customer for sure.
Meghan is very knowledgeable and will listen to your needs and will work on problematic areas. Meghan goes above and beyond and gives you exercises and techniques you can utilize at home for in between visits. She is fantastic and absolutely amazing, and I would highly recommend Ascendant Massage!!
