I have been seeing Charissa for quite a few years now. Charissa is absolutely amazing at what she does. She knows the human body so well. Any sport/gym injury I have had, Charissa has been able to fix/rehab. Charissa is now a must in my fortnightly calendar to ensure my body keeps moving the way I want it to. I can 100% recommend Charissa to anyone.

Charissa at Ascend Remedial Therapy is the best remedial therapist I've been lucky enough to be treated by. I've gained beneficial treatment from her over the last two years for several existing injuries and a recent operation requiring extensive after care and support. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and passionate about the care of her patients. The new clinic in Parkerville is perfect for Hills locals. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I went to Charissa with some severe neck and back pains after just my first visit noticed massive improvements, she answered all my questions, gave me some stretches to do at home I have since become a repeat client and always look forward to my next appointment!
