Kristina is wonderful! She is treating my shoulder injury with incredible skill, kindness and compassion too. I would absolutely recommend Ascend Massage for massage care in Okotoks.

Never though I would enjoy massages as much as I do now because I was genuinely anxious about having a stranger so close. Kristina is wonderful, I go see her every few weeks for a massage and I come home feeling ultra-relaxed. definitely recommend!
