Sue was so fantastic and incredibly helpful and straightforward with helping us figure out banking options. The rest of the staff we’ve worked with at this location have all been terrific as well!
I had a very complicated financial process to negotiate. Joseph Gillete went above and beyond to understand the problem, and spent a lot of time helping me solve it. He is an unusual, caring young man who really 'gets it' and should have a highly successful career in whatever he chooses. Any employer would be very lucky to have him on board. The BEST.
I’m a new customer with Ascend. I opened an account for the significantly lower auto loan rates compared to what dealership’s financing offer. Joseph Gillette walked me through everything and made the whole process exceptionally easy. Five star service!!!
Edit: I spoke with the manager Nishika and she was able to assist with my concerns. I genuinely appreciate the very quick responses I’ve received to address my concerns. The last bank I was with just ignored me hence my switch to Ascend. This seems to have been a minor hiccup in their process and I am optimistic there wont be any persistent issues moving forward.
