I just signed up for a new account with Ascend Federal Credit Union this afternoon. Morgan was the Financial Services Officer who assisted me with the process. She was very knowledgeable, professional and patient during the entire process. I had some trouble unlocking my credit file with one of the credit bureaus but Morgan stayed on top of it and notified me when the issue had been resolved.
