Walked in here to get a auto lone application done, and I was helped out by Lawrence and he was extremely helpful and kind. Overall just a great helpful guy and was personable about making sure I was taken care of. You can tell this place cares about there customers, and were also able to get me a great rate for now my second car financed with them. They make every process easy and simple!
This location is a joke!! Yesterday was a holiday and I understand that, but to have two staff members refuse to do transactions and direct customers to use the atm tellers. I guess they just get paid to chit chat all day?
Came here to pay my auto loan in person. Immediately when I walked through the front door the lady who was in her “office” with see through walls gets out and shuts her office door. While I stand there waiting the security ask if he can help me which is not necessarily the security guards job duty. I informed him I need to pay my auto loan through a debit card which has to be done by a teller.
