I came in was welcomed with a smile! All the gals that work there are so helpful and they know their banking they helped me with two accounts I was in and out I highly recommend Ascend.
Awful customer service. Go elsewhere. Don’t care about their customers.
Walked in here to get a auto lone application done, and I was helped out by Lawrence and he was extremely helpful and kind. Overall just a great helpful guy and was personable about making sure I was taken care of. You can tell this place cares about there customers, and were also able to get me a great rate for now my second car financed with them. They make every process easy and simple!
This location is a joke!! Yesterday was a holiday and I understand that, but to have two staff members refuse to do transactions and direct customers to use the atm tellers. I guess they just get paid to chit chat all day?
