No support for members in Lewisburg. Attendant at the ATM would not allow me to make a withdrawal from my account without “stepping out of the vehicle”. Multiple calls were made to customer support with no answer. I have been a member for over 20 years, this is unacceptable.
I opened an account for my grandson today at Ascend in Lewisburg, Tn. I was assisted by Vickie Lewis. Ms Lewis was professional, knowledgeable and most of all kind and patient throughout the process. She is truly an asset to Ascend!
I have banked with Ascend for years and recommend them to everyone I know!
Just called the after-hour service to get an account number, after they took all of my personal information and kept me on hold for 10 minutes just to come back and tell me they couldn't give me that information
