Another ascend that will not help you. They steer you towards the ATM. I am most definitely changing banks. They might as well just fire everybody. And just do online baking if they don't understand that's the way it's going.I feel sorry for them.
I've been going here for almost thirty years but I am not happy with this credit union anymore. Myself and most everyone i know hates the automated tellers. The staff has become rude and short. Ever time i come and ask them anything i feel like Im annoying them.. they dont even want me in there. How will any of them have jobs if no one ever comes inside anymore? I thought as a credit union customers were the biggest part of it..yet they put in automated tellers that none of the customers like..and the people who are paid to ... read more
