It was bad enough to deal with a few rude tellers that were working there but now a machine! Tried one and all it said was be with you in a moment waited and waited.and still no teller the receptionist said they have over 100 machines so that meant I was probably the 100th in line. MCDONALD'S tried this.and it failed. One good thing there are other banks in Shelbyville
