In order to get a home loan, you have to keep making appointments to speak to someone, then someone will call you, they send you an application, then you have to make an appointment to review the application, then they make another appointment for pulling credit, then they call you back to verify funds ON A PRE-APPROVAL LETTER! I went to ascend federa credit union on a referral. I had the best experience, my bank of 11 years would not help me and I was expecting a high rate on an auto loan ( 05 tahoe z-71 4x4 153k miles ). They made me feel like I had banke with them my whole life! I wanted to give the bank manager a hug.
