I have banked with Ascend for many years. Nearly all my loans are with the bank and most of my loans are set up with auto pay. Over the weekend I visited the Winchester bank to refinance my vehicle and was met with a terrible attitude from the loan officer. As we were walking back to her office she made me feel as though I was an inconvenience even before we got started. The line on Fridays is absolutely ridiculous! You got people lined up all the way to the front door inside. Only maybe three out of six teller lanes open in the back, each with five to six cars waiting in them. Who wants to spend 20 minutes trying to get money out of the bank at the end of the work week ...not me!
