i love banking here! the people help you in any way they can & make it super easy for you to understand!
Yea not very happy right now,my account is overdrawn and my check won't cover it this week but yet they won't refund all the overdraft fees on my account and I'll still be in the negative, hate to say it but I might be going to another bank because of this issue. Update #2:got a response,won't issue a refund but yet offer me a financial coach meeting,yea I appreciate that but nope probably will go to another bank after this,very disappointed with ascend thought that they was gonna be a good bank I'm starting to second guess ... read more
