Ms.Byrdia made my experience great,quick and easy..She definitely understood the definition of customer service. When I got turned around elsewhere she came through for me and I got an approval..If anyone want an account with Ascend asking for Ms Byrdia is highly recommended

Olivia Branham was our loan officer at ascend Federal credit Union. This is our first time being at a send and she made everything so wonderful and easy and we got a truck loan through her and got us an excellent excellent l rate and once again made everything simple for us to get the loan and we're now going to pick up our new used truck. She is an excellent person to work with she'll help you in any way that she can and she's really a sweet person to talk to. You cannot do better than Olivia, she is the best!
