Terrible service from staff. I came in to make my car payment and had a couple questions but all I was greeted with a rude bank teller that literally yelled at me in my face. Not returning again

Ms.Byrdia made my experience great,quick and easy..She definitely understood the definition of customer service. When I got turned around elsewhere she came through for me and I got an approval..If anyone want an account with Ascend asking for Ms Byrdia is highly recommended
