Closing my account with one of the worst banking institutions I've every been associated with. Horrible app, rejected mobile deposit because it said for deposit and not mobile deposit. Guess what Ascend? If it comes in from my phone, its a mobile deposit... Are your systems to stupid to tell? In law enforcement we call that a clue! $500 max mobile deposit a day? Really? Hell, if you make minimum wage your check surpasses the max amount unless you get paid weekly. I'm sticking with USAA and BoA. Oh and can't get your account ... read more
