4 of 5 visits were excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. On my latest visit, I was given the wrong product [asked for rosin - rosin not received], the order was not bagged+stapled, nor was a receipt for my purchase given or offered.
Love it here! Miss the menus though!
Very patient and knowledgeable
Unlike some of the other reviewers, I actually had terrible experiences with the former GM, but letting the regular staff go just because she had hired them was eggregious. Some of the newbies are friendly enough but combined with the big screen menus going away, I will only be coming back for the prices for now and if I ever have any 20-30 minute delays in service as I've heard of, you will lose this customer. Please bring the menus back and make better staffing choices.
Im so sad that Laura was fired! Out of all the wonderful people that work at Ascend Ann Arbor, Laura was truly one of my favorites! She was so friendly and helpful! I was always happy to take her suggestions, and I definitely bought more product because of her. I still enjoy the lovely people and service I get, but it's not the same.
