Awesome place, great staff , very friendly.
Joseph was a great help, I went in knowing what terpenes I wanted and he was able to find the right products. I got a cute piece of glassware from there too. Very satisfied with the service and quality of products.
The new manager, Joe is a terrible mean little person that belittle his employees in front of customers. He literally told my grandmother that’s a medical patient too bad in a snarky manner and was absolutely awful to her. We will not be coming back. This is the fourth time we’ve been in there and he’s been nasty to customers nasty to other employees talking down to them. I can’t believe ASCEND can’t get a good manager there.
