I had a very disappointing experience. An hour before my appointment, they called saying they forgot to send paperwork and would cancel if I didn’t complete it immediately. The evaluation itself was under 20 minutes and felt rushed. I was later told they were out-of-network, despite my insurance being listed as accepted, which was never explained beforehand. Life-Changing Experience – Highly Recommend! It has taken me almost 3 years to write this review because I wanted to get everything but not make it too long. Our journey with Ascend Autism has been nothing short of amazing! When we first started, our child, Dior, was nonverbal and we had so many concerns. Our son Lincoln has been attending ABA with ascend for about 4 months now. He loves the staff he started out part time for a few weeks and we immediately moved him full time because he loved it so much. He had minimal communication skills we started seeing improvements almost immediately. Our experience with Ascend has been fantastic. The BCBA that has been working with our 22 year old Son had been amazing. She has worked so closely with him and has adjusted his program as his needs have changed. We have had multiple BCBA’s and Kim has been the best by far. If you use Ascend, I promise, you will never regret it.
