I purchased panties from Catherines online for 48 dollars. They were not as described they were 5 to 7 inches larger in the waist than in the description (depending on the pair). I ordered 1 dress to be shipped to the store and even though the item shows delivered I never received the confirmation email saying I could pick it up. I first contacted customer service via chat and was told to call and cancel my order and get a refund without explanation. I called and asked the cancel and the agent asked if I wanted to purchase an item. This went on for a couple exchanges and she told me I couldn't cancel an order. I ordered merchandise mid-February. After calling and emailing and chatting multiple times because my order read "processing" for so long and NO ONE knew what was going on - I was told that they were cancelling my order. I paid 19.99. They credited my account for $10. I emailed a week later to ask where the rest of my credit was - and they said that I wasn't going to get any more back. I received no merchandise and received only half of my money returned to me.
