They were fantastic throughout the entire process. Being a certified repair shop by my insurance company made that part seamless. Constant messages about where the were in the repair were great. Three words sum up the experience; quick, easy, and quality.

ASCC was extremely prompt, professional, and efficient throughout the entire repair process. My insurance company submitted the claim on Sunday evening, and by 8:30 Monday morning, ASCC had already contacted me to schedule service. I dropped my vehicle off this past Monday afternoon at 4:00pm, and the repairs were completed by yesterday afternoon. I was able to pick up my vehicle this morning. Horrible experience…..not only did the shop keep my car for close to a month. When I picked my car up it was dirty with white gravel and dirt from the repairs. They did not clean the car. Within a week of picking the car up, the work performed started to unravel…..horrible experience.
