A friendly community with nice, well kept spaces and very fair rent. Tucked away off Beechmont Road, close to everything including the bustling Anderson Senior Center. A hidden gem and my mother has been very happy there.
My dad moved in about 6 months ago in the middle of the pandemic. People in the office and maintenance have been extremely kind and helpful. The apartments are clean and spacious. The grounds are well kept and lovely.
Very poor management, unprofessional. If your considering housing for your senior loved ones, this would not be the place for them.
My mother-in-law resided here from May 2012 to August 2015. Per her own words, "these were some of the best years of her life". If the resident engages with the other residents they will have a wonderful experience. I found both site managers, Sandy and Pat, to be very helpful and responsive. As with any apartment community maintenance is addressed as quickly as possible, though not always as fast as the resident would like. Very abusive staff in office and maintenance towards seniors living on site. Horrible woman Sandy and two others need to be evaluated and considered replacement for more caring,compassionate and most importantly professional staff. If you are concern about a safe and emotionally stable environment for your senior love one you will not consider this entity.
