This is a useless company. I called because someone was in my spot. After 45 min I asked where they were. Apparently they didn’t get the correct address or phone number. One hour later the people in my spot left and the tow truck never showed up. Great to get a reserved spot! But if you have no tow company to enforce it….its kinda useless.

I had the worst experience with this company towing my car. Long story short my car was hit and by it being a Mercedes and parts cost so much they the insurance company decided to total loss my car and paid me out and resent me another title alone with Bill of Sale etc. My tag expired March 2025. I go to the tow yard with all paper work car insurance DL just to be told they will not release my car to me after being told what to bring before I got there.
