Bad customer service. Every time I call he says “we are booked for 2 weeks” and hangs up. Unprofessional, would not recommend.
We have used ASAP Printing for years for our Small Business and historically have loved them. They were great at communicating and providing a quality service. In December we had placed an order for a bunch of our members to have printing done on (expensive) workout clothes. When we picked up our order, several of the items were not right. Our logo is red & white, yet one, for some reason had black. Several were extremely crooked and off-center, and many had curved & rounded edges that are supposed to be straight. Overpriced as can be. $35 for a set up and $8 a shirt for screen print.
Old school, personal and responsive customer service, a stark and wonderful contrast to many printing companies...
