John was amazing. He was always there to answere our questions within minutes of asking. He would calm me down when I was overwhelmed or frustrated. I asked him to explain things to me like im reading a buying a house for dummies book) :). Even with the hurdles, he would push the process as fast as possible touching base with us every step. He basically handled the job of 4 other people on the team. He was patient and kind always. I will definitely use him again in the future.
