I was referred to ASAP mortgage, and specifically John Ferrara, by a former client. Not a good experience. On multiple occasions. John was supposed to call me to go over details and I never heard from him. Five or so separate occasions, not one phone call. And my calls always got sent to voicemail when I would call him, followed by a text with an excuse and a vague attempt at rescheduling - which never happened.
