John was a great resource of information and guidance thru the process of buying our first home. We met him during a workshop for first time home owners. From getting the letter of qualification to show our realtor to make sure we have a string chance when putting an offer and looking from a interest rate that would be better for us, he was always available to answer our questions and make time for a call.
